Motorola's Moto X just became available for purchase from AT&T today, but those wishing to buy it from Verizon, Sprint, or T-Mobile are still in the dark as to when they will be able to. Fortunately, it doesn't seem like they will have to wait very long, as Motorola's Punit Soni says that other carriers will be offering the device in a matter of days. How many days was not specified, but we'd expect to see it on Verizon at least sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile customers won't be able to use the Moto Maker service to customize their phones as AT&T customers can, and it's still not clear how long that will be an exclusive to AT&T. In addition to the Moto X coming to other carriers, Soni says that a developer edition will be available in the coming days, providing an unlocked option for those willing to pay full retail price for the device. We're still waiting to hear more about the expected Google Play Edition of the Moto X, which will likely follow behind the developer version.
